Seelin Naidoo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Managed Services. In this position, Seelin is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of the firm. Seelin joined the firm in 2004 and has built a diverse and forward-thinking leadership team during his tenure. Seelin has led the company through a successful business transformation and spearheaded the acquisition and integration of Intelliteach in 2012. Highlights of Seelin’s leadership include: the introduction of IQTrack Service Management Software; the creation of iRIS Business Intelligence Software and the SkillBuilder eLearning software platform; the opening of offices in London and Toronto; the launch of the LPO operating center in Goa, India; ISO Certification; and successfully recapitalizing the business three times.
Prior to joining Frontline Managed Services, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CMS Operations, LLC (also known as Cash Management Solutions, Inc.); Senior Vice President at Trustinus, a global outsourcing company; and Vice President and General Manager of Kelly Services outsourcing division. While at Kelly Services, he was instrumental in turning around his division to become profitable for the first time. He also set the strategic direction for the division, which included developing value-added service lines, building sales and marketing teams, and developing an operational structure to deliver world-class service.
In addition, Seelin has sold and launched outsource operations in Europe, Mexico, and India, and has negotiated and developed key alliances on- and off-shore. Seelin began his career with Moore Business Forms, where he worked his way up from sales representative to Vice President and General Manager.
Seelin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Kellogg Executive MBA Program.
Seelin is an avid golfer and boater, and enjoys a lake home in Michigan during the summer months.
Craig Friedl joined Frontline Managed Services in 2014 and is responsible for ensuring that the company’s strategic initiatives are achieved. As President, Craig oversees new business and new market development, as well as Frontline Managed Services Client Engagement, Business Applications, and Education/Development teams. He serves as the key point of contact for clients in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. During his tenure over the years, Craig has held the positions of Vice President and Chief Operations Officer before being named as President of the company in 2020.
Prior to joining Frontline Managed Services, Craig had amassed over 19 years of Business Operations experience in a variety of industries. Most recently, he served as Corporate Director of Business Operations at Clear Harbor, a Business Process Outsourcer. He also held senior level positions within the travel sector as Senior Director of Business Operations with Expedia, Inc., and as Director of Contact Center Operations with TRX, Inc. In addition to his experience in customer service operations, Craig has an entrepreneurial drive that has led him to launch and subsequently sell two businesses in the service industry, as well as a non-profit organization to advocate for orphaned children.
Craig attended Colorado Mesa University and holds certifications in Finance for Executives, IVR Design, and Six Sigma Lean.
His personal interests include travel, boating, and exploring new wines.
David Buergler joined the Company in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer, and in 2021 took on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer. David historically has managed all external investor, banking, and vendor relationships as well as the internal financial and administrative functions, encompassing finance, accounting, human resources, facilities management, and a variety of strategic initiatives. David also now leads the effort to ensure exceptional service delivery across all segments of the business, as well as the continued expansion of the operating capabilities of the team, both on- and off-shore. During his tenure, the employee base has evolved from 90 individuals to a team of over 650 professionals, located in nearly every US state, Canada, India, and the UK.
Prior to joining the firm, David served as Partner at V1 Ventures and Senior Vice President of its portfolio company, US Net, after having led a leveraged buyout of the business from its former owners. Prior to V1 Ventures, David served as Vice President of Operations for Millennium Digital Media (MDM), a top 25 Cable MSO, and its subsidiary US Net, a leading Internet Services Provider. While at MDM, David completed more than 18 acquisitions supporting the growth of the business, ranging from deal-sourcing and transaction execution to post-deal integration and operations. David also previously held positions in Finance and Information Technology at AT&T Wireless,and worked in Strategic Consulting for a number of leading healthcare providers.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
David enjoys traveling, golfing poorly, following college sports, and all manner of card and strategy games.
Frank Ziller brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience leading global IT organizations in both the business services and financial services industries. Prior to joining Frontline Managed Services, Mr. Ziller led key strategic initiatives for Ricoh Americas Corporation, including the alignment of technology with business strategies and the development of global teams with strong alignment to business operations. After leaving Ricoh Americas Corporation, Mr. Ziller joined Elavon, a US Bank subsidiary. While at Elavon, Frank successfully led a transformation to a globally aligned IT delivery model, inception of multiple security and compliance programs and drove operational efficiency through process improvement and the use of innovative technology.
Frank received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University’s Southern Polytechnic College of Computing and Software Engineering. He has remained very involved with the University having served in several alumni association leadership roles. He currently serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Board aligned with the College of Computing and Software Engineering.
His personal interests include cooking, golf and tennis.
Carlos Gámez is responsible for revenue-generation strategy and execution. His duties include overseeing the sales organization, marketing, and partner channels to execute the company strategy and achieve revenue goals.
Before joining Frontline Managed Services, Carlos spent a decade at Thomson Reuters where he held roles in business development, strategy, legal operations, corporate development, product strategy, platform design, innovation, and leading strategic commercial initiatives. During this time, he was involved with a wide range of projects that included developing product and commercial strategies, executing company acquisitions, and creating and leading over 50 strategic project teams. His work was frequently done in close partnership with stakeholders across the enterprise, as well as with law firm and corporate legal department customers, startups, academic institutions, and legal industry associations.
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Carlos worked with startups in different capacities in Silicon Valley. Before that, he practiced intellectual property law in one of Mexico’s leading law firms.
Carlos frequently writes on topics of the global legal industry, legal technologies and innovation management, including as a contributor to legalevolution.org. He regularly speaks on these topics across the globe by invitation of organizations such as International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), International Bar Association (IBA), American Bar Association (ABA), Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), Legal Geek, and Stanford-Codex, among others. He is a visiting professor at IE Law School, a mentor for Techstars, and a division head and coach for his local little league baseball organization.
He holds a bachelor’s in law (LL. B.) from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey (Mexico), obtained an LL. M. at Stanford Law School, and an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Michael Ferdman joined Frontline Managed Services in 1996 and is responsible for the operations of the Managed Services division, leading a network of employees and managers stationed throughout the US and India. Michael has held a variety of positions throughout his 24-year tenure with the company, including A/R consultant, client development, marketing director, and services and products development.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Ferdman served as the Managing Director of Ness Trading, an international inventory brokerage firm. He previously served as Marketing and Operations Manager for State Auto Supply, a large Midwestern wholesale distributor.
Mr. Ferdman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Columbia College.

Matt Bares joined Frontline Managed Services following the acquisition of Hilltop Consultants. Previously, Matt served as VP of Consulting Services at Hilltop Consultants, with over 17 years’ experience in legal, and extensive hands-on experience planning, budgeting, and implementing business-focused technology solutions for law firms.
Prior to joining the company, Matt was a Director of Engineering for Keno Kozie Associates. In his recent position at Keno, he managed the Washington DC technical team, and served as a lead consultant and Technical Account Manager.
Matt is also the former Technology Director for a highly-respected law firm, where he implemented and managed all aspects of the firm’s technology department. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Jim Turner joined Frontline Managed Services after its acquisition of Hilltop Consultants, of which Jim was the founder and CEO. Prior to founding Hilltop Consultants in 2003 and before working with Sage Solutions Group, Jim served in consulting roles for the U.S. Patent Office and the U.S. Senate. Jim got his start in IT in technical positions with IBM, Madison Square Garden, and Six Flags. Jim possesses a deep range of experience in various industries, providing technical and management consultative support for such organizations as law firms, lobbying firms, trade associations, and small- and medium-sized businesses.
A popular speaker, Jim often educates businesses on cloud storage, backup and disaster recovery, and business continuity. He also serves on the advisory boards of multiple cloud service providers. Jim is active in the local community and also volunteers his time and service to homeowners’ associations and other organizations, also receiving the Montgomery County Civic Federation’s Community Hero Award in 2015.
