Craig Friedl joined Frontline Managed Services in 2014 and is responsible for ensuring that the company’s strategic initiatives are achieved. As President, Craig oversees new business and new market development, as well as Frontline Managed Services Client Engagement, Business Applications, and Education/Development teams. He serves as the key point of contact for clients in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. During his tenure over the years, Craig has held the positions of Vice President and Chief Operations Officer before being named as President of the company in 2020.
Prior to joining Frontline Managed Services, Craig had amassed over 19 years of Business Operations experience in a variety of industries. Most recently, he served as Corporate Director of Business Operations at Clear Harbor, a Business Process Outsourcer. He also held senior level positions within the travel sector as Senior Director of Business Operations with Expedia, Inc., and as Director of Contact Center Operations with TRX, Inc. In addition to his experience in customer service operations, Craig has an entrepreneurial drive that has led him to launch and subsequently sell two businesses in the service industry, as well as a non-profit organization to advocate for orphaned children.
Craig attended Colorado Mesa University and holds certifications in Finance for Executives, IVR Design, and Six Sigma Lean.
His personal interests include travel, boating, and exploring new wines.
