Seelin Naidoo

Seelin Naidoo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Managed Services. In this position, Seelin is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of the firm. Seelin joined the firm in 2004 and has built a diverse and forward-thinking leadership team during his tenure. Seelin has led the company through a successful business transformation and spearheaded the acquisition and integration of Intelliteach in 2012. Highlights of Seelin’s leadership include: the introduction of IQTrack Service Management Software; the creation of iRIS Business Intelligence Software and the SkillBuilder eLearning software platform; the opening of offices in London and Toronto; the launch of the LPO operating center in Goa, India; ISO Certification; and successfully recapitalizing the business three times.

Prior to joining Frontline Managed Services, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CMS Operations, LLC (also known as Cash Management Solutions, Inc.); Senior Vice President at Trustinus, a global outsourcing company; and Vice President and General Manager of Kelly Services outsourcing division. While at Kelly Services, he was instrumental in turning around his division to become profitable for the first time. He also set the strategic direction for the division, which included developing value-added service lines, building sales and marketing teams, and developing an operational structure to deliver world-class service.

In addition, Seelin has sold and launched outsource operations in Europe, Mexico, and India, and has negotiated and developed key alliances on- and off-shore. Seelin began his career with Moore Business Forms, where he worked his way up from sales representative to Vice President and General Manager.

Seelin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Kellogg Executive MBA Program.

Seelin is an avid golfer and boater, and enjoys a lake home in Michigan during the summer months.
