An Account Administrator provides Client Services Managers with clerical, research, and other task-based support allowing CSMs to focus on the most important work that impacts the firm’s financial performance. This function is staffed out of our Goa India office and works U.S.business hours with excellent communication and financial capabilities
- Reconciliation of payments on accounts
- Preparation of A/R aging reports
- Pull invoice copies
- Prepare spreadsheets
- Prepare bill and payment history reports
- Create Statements of Account
- Create monthly Accrual Summary for each client
- Review Credit/Retainer balances
- Monitor client deferred status
- Prepare credit memos, write-offs, move or apply funds in Retainer or Unapplied
