As Chief Executive of IT Services and Chief Information Officer, Eric Westrom will lead Frontline’s Managed IT Services business while overseeing the company’s internal technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, Westrom has built high-performing teams focused on driving operational excellence, enhancing client experience, and delivering solutions that improve business performance. At Frontline, he will play a key role in advancing the company’s AI strategy to improve service delivery and create measurable business value for law firms navigating an increasingly complex technology landscape.
