Tim Britt is Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Managed Services, a leading global provider of IT managed services and tech-enabled financial services for the legal industry. As CEO, he is leading Frontline’s next phase of growth across tech-enabled operations, cybersecurity, and AI-driven services — bringing a cross-industry perspective at a moment when the legal sector is accelerating its adoption of modern technology. As Frontline’s first CEO to come from outside the legal industry, Tim brings proven operating insights from other technology-forward sectors, helping law firms apply data-driven, scalable approaches that have transformed adjacent industries.

A seasoned technology services executive and three-time CEO, Tim brings nearly 30 years of experience scaling high-growth, technology-enabled businesses and leading successful exits. He is best known as the founder and longtime CEO of Synoptek, which he built into a global systems integrator and managed services provider before its acquisition by Quad-C Capital.

Previously, Tim held senior leadership roles across consulting, enterprise IT, and eCommerce, including CEO of QuickStart Technologies and CTO of Ourhouse.com, which was later acquired by Amazon. He also advises private equity firms and tech-enabled services companies through Targhee Capital, supporting value creation, M&A strategy, and operational execution.

Tim holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
