Melissa Duff

Mrs. Duff joined Frontline in 2008, bringing extensive experience in credit management from leadership roles with Fortune 500 organizations, including GE Capital and Earthgrains. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University and a Master of Business Administration.
 
In her role at Frontline, Mrs. Duff partners closely with Directors of Operations, Client Services Managers (CSMs), and law firm leadership to drive operational excellence and maximize financial performance.
 
She specializes in identifying and implementing process improvements across the revenue cycle, including invoice and statement optimization, credit and collections strategy, and overall accounts receivable performance.

Mrs. Duff is highly skilled in accounts receivable portfolio optimization, leveraging segmentation, root-cause analysis, and performance management to improve collection outcomes. She also advises firms on policy development, including stop-work protocols, third-party collections, write-off strategies, and appropriate staffing models for A/R departments.

A key component of her approach is the use of Frontline’s proprietary Business Intelligence platform, iRIS. By collaborating with firm stakeholders and integrating internal data systems, she transforms complex data into actionable insights through detailed reporting, dashboards, and analytics. These insights inform strategic recommendations tailored to each firm’s unique operational environment.

Through a combination of data-driven analysis, process reengineering, and strong stakeholder engagement, Mrs. Duff helps firms strengthen cash flow, enhance operational discipline, and achieve measurable improvements in financial performance. Her work ultimately enables organizations to operate with greater efficiency, accountability, and sustained profitability.
