Heather Collins Jacobson is a strategy and advisory leader with 20 years of experience helping law firms and corporate legal departments strengthen financial performance, modernize technology, and improve how they operate. She currently leads the Advisory team at Frontline Managed Services, where she partners with firm leadership to build the roadmaps and business cases that help law firms run more efficiently and scale with confidence. She previously held senior leadership roles at The Cavanagh Law Firm, Axiom Advice & Counsel, Deloitte, UnitedLex Corporation, and Huron Legal where she served as a trusted advisor to managing partners, boards, and executive leadership. Heather holds an MBA from DePaul University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management Professional.
