Amber Schreier serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Frontline Managed Services, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading client-focused organizations and building trusted relationships across the legal industry. Throughout her career, Amber has worked closely with law firms and corporate legal departments to navigate complex operational, technology, and business transformation initiatives while driving measurable value and long-term client success.
Prior to joining Frontline, Amber served as a Managing Director within Protiviti’s Legal Consulting & Advisory Services practice. In this role, she advised hundreds of law firms and corporate legal departments, helping organizations address evolving business challenges, optimize operations, strengthen technology strategies, and advance transformation initiatives. Her extensive experience working directly with legal organizations has given her a deep understanding of the operational priorities, technology needs, and business pressures facing today’s legal industry.
At Frontline, Amber helps lead the company’s Customer Success organization and the continued evolution of its customer lifecycle strategy. She is focused on ensuring clients realize greater value from their partnership with Frontline by strengthening the overall client experience, customer health, executive engagement, retention, and advocacy. She also plays an important role in identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and support sustainable, long-term growth.
Known for her client-first approach, Amber has built her career around developing strong partnerships and aligning solutions with clients’ strategic and operational objectives. Her ability to combine industry expertise with a focus on relationship management and business outcomes supports Frontline’s commitment to serving as a strategic partner to the legal organizations it serves.
Amber spent much of her career in Minneapolis before relocating to Nashville with her family in 2023. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
