Seelin Naidoo has been a foundational leader at Frontline Managed Services for more than two decades, playing a central role in the company’s evolution into a global provider of outsourced administrative, financial, and IT solutions for the legal industry. Since joining the company in 2004, Seelin has helped scale Frontline from a regional provider into a trusted partner supporting more than 800 law firms worldwide with a team of over 1,000 employees.
As of January, Seelin transitioned from Chief Executive Officer into an expanded role on Frontline’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors. In this capacity, he continues to guide the company’s long-term strategy, champion innovation, and support sustainable growth across Frontline’s legal and professional services client base, while working closely with the executive team to advance the firm’s next phase of development.
Under Seelin’s leadership, Frontline achieved several significant milestones, including the acquisition and integration of Intelliteach in 2012; the launch of its Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) centers in Goa, India, and Cape Town, South Africa; and the company’s expansion into international markets such as Canada and the United Kingdom. He also spearheaded the development of Frontline’s proprietary technology platforms, including iRIS Business Intelligence, SkillBuilder eLearning, and more recently, ServiceNow and Helix AI. During his tenure, Seelin led the company through ISO certification and four successful recapitalizations with four different private equity partners.
Prior to joining Frontline, Seelin held senior executive roles at several high-growth organizations. He served as Chief Executive Officer of CMS Operations, LLC (Cash Management Solutions, Inc.), Senior Vice President at global outsourcing firm Trustinus, and Vice President and General Manager of Kelly Services’ outsourcing division. At Kelly, he played a pivotal role in turning the division profitable for the first time by launching new service lines, optimizing operations, and building high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Throughout his career, Seelin has led global outsourcing initiatives across Europe, Mexico, and India, and has negotiated strategic alliances that expanded operational capabilities and geographic reach. He began his career at Moore Business Forms, advancing from sales representative to Vice President and General Manager.
Seelin is a graduate of the Kellogg Executive MBA Program at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Outside of the office, he is an avid golfer and boater who enjoys spending summers at his lake home in Michigan.
