As Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Managed Services, Seelin Naidoo sets the strategic vision and leads the firm’s global operations, driving innovation and sustainable growth across its expanding legal and professional services client base. Since joining the company in 2004, he has transformed Frontline from a regional service provider into a global leader in outsourced administrative, financial, and IT solutions—supporting over 800 law firms with a team of more than 1,000 employees worldwide.
Under Seelin’s leadership, Frontline has experienced significant milestones, including the acquisition and integration of Intelliteach in 2012; the launch of its Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) center in Goa, India; Cape Town, South Africa; and global expansion into markets such as Canada and the UK. He also spearheaded the development of the company’s proprietary technology platforms—iRIS Business Intelligence, SkillBuilder eLearning, and, most recently, ServiceNow and Helix AI—and led the company through ISO certification and four successful recapitalizations with four different private equity firms.
Before joining Frontline, Seelin held executive roles at several high-growth organizations, including Chief Executive Officer of CMS Operations, LLC (Cash Management Solutions, Inc.), Senior Vice President at global outsourcing firm Trustinus, and Vice President and General Manager of Kelly Services’ outsourcing division. At Kelly, he played a pivotal role in turning the division profitable for the first time by launching new service lines, optimizing operations, and building high-performance sales and marketing teams.
Throughout his career, Seelin has led global outsourcing initiatives across Europe, Mexico, and India, and negotiated strategic alliances that broadened operational capabilities and geographic reach. He began his career at Moore Business Forms, advancing from sales representative to Vice President and General Manager.
Seelin is a graduate of the Kellogg Executive MBA Program at Northwestern University and holds a B.S. in business administration from San Diego State University. Outside of the office, he is an avid golfer and boater who enjoys spending summers at his lake home in Michigan.
