Gulam Zade

Gulam Zade serves as Chief Legal Officer of Frontline Managed Services and is responsible for providing legal counsel to the executive team and developing solutions that advance company priorities and protect Frontline and its clients. Prior to his role as Chief Legal Officer at Frontline, Gulam served as CEO and General Counsel of LOGICFORCE, a national legal IT consultancy. In 2021, Gulam led LOGICFORCE’s acquisition by Frontline. Through the acquisition, Gulam helped transition 50 LOGICFORCE professionals to Frontline’s IT Managed Services staff, bringing the organization to more than 750 employees.

Gulam also previously worked in private practice in Nashville, Tenn. He has experience with restructuring, corporate insolvency, and bankruptcy and has represented bankruptcy trustees and receivers in both state and federal courts. He has also represented corporate entities and individuals in out of court workouts.

Gulam is currently president-elect of the Nashville Bar Association, an organization which he has served since becoming a licensed attorney and was named a Fellow by the American Bar Foundation in 2020. He has been recognized on the Nashville Post’s 2022 In Charge list, an annual compilation of Nashville’s foremost leaders driving change across the legal industry. He is also a recent recipient of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Nashville Emerging Leader Awards (NELA), the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, and a multi-year winner of Nashville Business Journal’s Best of the Bar Award.

Gulam earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and international business from Western Kentucky University, and his juris doctorate from the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. He currently serves on the school’s Alumni Council and the law school’s Dean’s Advisory Board.

Gulam enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia, and his children, Alexander and Camille. He also loves to travel and is a die-hard Louisville Cardinals fan.
